This dialog is used to archive old Time, Expense and To Do entries by date and/or project. You may want to archive entries to create a subset of information for future reference. This is rarely necessary and may make it more difficult to report on historical data.
Select the task to archive. Selected task and all sub task items will be archived.
Enter or select the date to start archiving entries. To leave the From date blank and use the first date available, uncheck the check box.
Enter or select the date to stop archiving entries. To leave the To date blank and use the last date available, uncheck the check box.
Delete archived entries
Check to delete all archived entries from the current file.
