Timeless Time & Expense allows tasks to be categorized up to twenty levels deep. Best of all, it is as easy to track time at the twentieth level as it is the first.
To add additional levels, go to the Task Level Options by selecting Options under the Tools menu item. Select the Tasks tab. To change the name or add a level, highlight the task level name or blank, unused level. Type the new name in the Level Name field.
Timeless Time & Expense allows you to change the level of detail that is displayed for time and expense entries. The lowest level task name will always be shown along with any other task levels selected. Check the box next to the levels you would like to see in the time, expense and to do entry lists. Change some of the selections and see how it effects the display of the time entries we entered earlier.
