Many times, when concluding a project or at the end of the year, you may want to archive a select set of time, expense and to do entries. Timeless Time & Expense lets you archive selected entries to a new file that can be used just like any other Timeless Time & Expense file.
Let's archive all entries before January 1st, 1997 for the client Third Rate Foods. From the File menu, select Archive Entries. On the Archive Entries dialog. Select Third Rate Foods in the task hierarchy. Enter or select the end date of December 31, 2004. Press OK. When prompted, enter the archive file name of Third Rate Foods 2004.tls. Press Save. Now open the file you just saved to see that only the selected entries are there.
If you want to removed the archived entries from your current Timeless Time & Expense file, check the Delete Archived Entries box.
