An unlimited number of payment methods may be defined according to your needs.
| 1. | Select the Tools-Administration menu item. |
| 3. | Select an payment method or select < Add Payment Method > to create a new payment method. |
| 4. | Edit the payment method name. |
| 5. | Enter account number and type if applicable. |

| • | Payment Methods can be used to filter expense entries in reports. Creating reports using payment methods makes it easy to reconcile your accounts. |
