An unlimited number of activities may be defined according to your needs. Activities are another way to categorize a time entry. An Activity is something that is done to accomplish a specific task, but is not a task by itself.
|1.||Select the Tools-Administration menu item.|
|3.||Select an activity or select < Add Activity > to create a new activity.|
|4.||Edit the activity name.|
|•||Activities can be used to filter time entries in reports.|
|•||Activities can be used to further define time entries without creating similar sub tasks for all tasks.|
