The Recent Used Task List allows you to quickly start a task without opening the Timeless Time & Expense main window. Right Click on the clock icon on the start menu tray to display the popup menu containing your most recently used tasks.
The task descriptions are configured in Task Options. The number of recent tasks displayed and the order they appear are configured in General Options.
