Enter a Default Mileage Rate

A default mileage rate may be entered that will automatically be used when creating expense entries with an expense type of 'Mileage'.

1.

Select the Tools | Options menu item.

2.

Click the General tab.

3.

Enter the new default mileage rate in dollars and cents (.405 = 40.5 cents per mile).

 
Tips

·	Changing the default mileage rate will not change existing entries.

·	Mileage rate may be overridden for any expense entry.
