Adding Reminders

Reminders may be added to work item, time entries, expense entries, to do entries and assignments.

 

To add a reminder to an item, select the item and use the Edit | Reminder menu item or the Reminder toolbar button.  Enter the date and time to be reminded and optionally a note.

 

When the reminder time is reached, the reminders window will be shown automatically.  The reminder can then be snoozed or dismissed.

 

A timer can be started on the selected item.  When starting a timer the reminder is dismissed.

 

If the reminder is on a to do entry or an assignment, the to do or assignment item can be completed
