Using Built-in Reports

Built-in reports provide quick access to the most common report options without creating a custom report.

 

Select the Built-in tab for the report pane.  Find and expand the report type you would like.  Expand until you find the report options you need.  Double-click the report to run it.  Most reports require additional input of date, work item and/or user.

 

Some report can be used as a starting point of a custom report.  Right-click the built-in report you would like to customize and select the Customize menu item.
