Moving Tasks

Sometimes you will need to reorganize work item task hierarchy.  With Timeless Project Tracking you can move work items around without effecting existing reports or time, expense and to do entries.

Click down on the work item to move.  Drag the work item to a new parent task.  Any child work items will also be moved.

When moving work items, you have to keep work items in a descending hierarchy.  This means you may have to change the work item types of work items before moving or allow Timeless Project Tracking to automatically change the work item  types of the moved items.
